Chat widget

With Webpresso® Coffee Time, you can add a chat feature to your website if you want people to easily contact you in that way. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Webpresso® settings and then to Social media.
  2. Activate Webpuccino® Coffee Time and click on Save Settings.
  3. Go to Webpuccino® Coffee Time and then to Chat Widgets.
  4. Click the button to add a new Chat Widget.
  5. Add the channels through which you want people to reach you, such as Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp, in the Channels section.
  6. Fill in your contact information, such as your phone number for WhatsApp or your Facebook username for Messenger.
  7. Enter your name in the Chat Header field and optionally add a caption.v
  8. Choose a profile picture and click on Save Template to save the chat widget.
  9. Optionally, you can further customize the style of the chat widget under Style.

The chat widget is now on your website, and people can easily get in touch with you through it.
